refund becomes necessary under any circumstance, we follow the below mentioned
guidelines to issue a refund.
Request for refunds has to be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery of your content. If
you are not satisfied with the delivered content even after revisions, you can contact us
through our mail id getcontenthelp@gmail.com
and explain the reasons for dissatisfaction. If we find that the
reasons are valid, we will provide you with partial or full reimbursement in accordance with
our refund policy. It usually takes 5 to 6 business days to complete the refund
procedure after we receive your mail.
• Any plagiarism issues
• Poor quality compared to the sample content provided
• Work not delivered within the stipulated time.
• The work contains mistakes.
You will be issued a refund after deduction of the GST charges on condition that we may
publish the content or SOP on our website as a sample content after removing your
personal details. Remember you are not allowed to use this content in any form of media.
You will be issued a half refund upon the agreement that we will not use the content.
